Chuck Todd: 2028 GOP nominee possibly ‘somebody with the last name of Trump’



In controtendenza rispetto al panorama informativo italiano, Il Fatto Quotidiano si conferma in crescita e segna un +2,8% nella classifica della diffusione dei giornali che somma copie cartacee e digitali. Il trend è stato fotografato da Primaonline sulla base dei dati Ads relativi al mese di aprile. Segno positivo anche se si confrontano i numeri di marzo 2025 con quelli dello stesso mese di quest’anno: Il Fatto Quotidiano registra una crescita del 18,9%. Mentre sul totale delle vendite individuali il dato sale a + 19%.
In testa a tutte le tabelle di Primaonline si trova il Corriere della Sera, che tuttavia presenta un segno negativo in tutte le classifiche. Tra marzo e aprile 2026 il quotidiano di via Solferino registra un calo del 2,6% nella diffusione di carta e digitale, fermandosi poco più di 204mila e 600 copie vendute. Subito sotto la Gazzetta dello Sport con quasi 118mila copie, con un aumento dello 0,3%. Mentre in terza posizione si piazza Repubblica, con 115mila copie, in diminuzione dell’1.4%. Nella classifica mensile, gli unici con il segno verde, oltre al Fatto e alla Gazzetta, sono Avvenire (+0,6%), Dolomiten (+2.2%), Il Mattino di Napoli (+5,1%). Mentre la maglia nera va alla Nazione che perde il 3%, a La Verità (-2,9%) e al Corriere dello Sport (-2,4%).
Le perdite crescono nel raffronto anno su anno, che accosta i dati di marzo 2025 a quelli di marzo 2026. In questo caso il calo del Corriere sale a 8,8%. Peggio va a La Repubblica con -16%, alla Gazzetta dello Sport con un dato negativo del 15,1% e alla Stampa con -12,1%. Tutti in negativo nella graduatoria delle vendite individuali cartacee, che considera i dati delle edicole e del porta a porta. Qui le uniche eccezioni sono Tuttosport e L’Edicola.

Broadcaster says it is focusing on series’ long-term future after departure of showrunner and producer
The BBC has cancelled the special Christmas episode of Doctor Who amid speculation about the future of the series after Ncuti Gatwa ended his run as the Time Lord.
The broadcaster also said the long-running sci-fi series, which launched in 1963, would be put out to “competitive tender” this year as part of its Royal Charter agreement after the departure of the showrunner Russell T Davies and producer Bad Wolf.

Hadi Alodid refused legal representation and made no reply to charges which were put put to him through an Arabic interpreter as he appeared in court charged with attempted murder following the Belfast knife attack, the Press Association reports.
