Iran denies deadly attack on Kuwait airport

A spokesman for the Iranian force said its review into the Kuwait airport attack shows that its force 'did not fire any shots at this target.' Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti health ministry spokesman said 63 were being treated for injuries.

Ukrainian drones strike Saint Petersburg as Russian economic forum opens

As the three-day annual Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum opened, Ukrainian drones damaged 'several' facilities, the city's governor acknowledged. Volodymyr Zelensky hailed the strike as what is 'needed to bring peace closer.'

Russia exploits Ukraine's shortage of Patriots to strike with hypersonic missiles

In a massive June 2 attack, which killed 23 people, the Russian army used hypersonic projectiles, which can only be intercepted by the US-made Patriot anti-missile system. Volodymyr Zelensky once again called for Western allies to supply him with more of these interceptors.

US says it thwarted Iranian missile and drone attacks after strikes in Strait of Hormuz

The US military said it intercepted a wave of Iranian missile and drone attacks across the Gulf and carried out self-defense strikes on Iran's Qeshm Island. Tehran, meanwhile, said it successfully hit American military bases in the region.
